Reconstruction and period restoration.

Full refurbishment and restoration of a grade II listed townhouse and rear mews house, including the addition of a basement spa housing jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and staff quarters. Complex works involved lowering basement, retaining the rear façade, creating a new floor and installing a five-storey lift shaft into the existing fabric. Expert craftsmen restored the original listed features including gold leaf cornice and decorative ceilings. Bespoke marble and fitted joinery have been installed throughout the properties’ interiors.
