Rooftop construction and recladding of existing building façade in stone.

Rooftop construction and fit-out of two new penthouses on an existing building in a prominent site in the heart of Kensington High Street. The project was part-commercial and part-residential, and included a new lift, refurbishment of existing common parts and an extension to the rear of the common parts, as well as a reclad of an existing concrete façade in solid stone. The reclad was complex as the site sits on the main road on a corner and the delivery of materials and recladding work called for meticulous coordination with Kensington and Chelsea Council. The new rooftop penthouse development included building a barrel roof structure, curved timber facing, and green roof terrace spaces that overlook Kensington and Hyde Park.
