Redevelopment into pioneering sustainable CAT B office space.
Transformation of a previous mirror workshop on a landlocked site into an innovative four-storey CAT B office and gallery space called Plantworks. The environmental design includes vertical gardens, green workspaces, intelligent LED lighting, wildflower green roofs and bespoke folding roof, with an interior design palette of exposed brickwork, dark steel, metal deck flooring and polished concrete. The scheme incorporates more than 8,000 plants that help meet low environmental impact targets, and achieves an excellent BREEAM status.
