Listed townhouse, Paddington

Reconfiguration of adjoining listed buildings on historic square.

Two properties were amalgamated and the building was internally altered and sensitively restored to create 36 self-contained healthcare suites. One of the main challenges was altering the building to ensure level access – a non-typical element for the buildings on the square. Three new lifts were also incorporated within the building’s historic fabric.
