Adaptation and refurbishment of existing mixed-use building.

Amalgamation of three existing commercial units into a single extended unit, with a new bronze extension to rear, along with refurbishment of six laterally converted apartments above, all within a grade II listed building. The resulting feel is elevated and timeless.
