Victorian villas, St John’s Wood

Renovation and construction to create matching Victorian villas.

Full structural renovation of an existing Victorian villa and construction of a new build house next to the existing plot to create two matching villas. We worked alongside Marek Wojciechowski to install a swimming pool in each house, a sauna, steam rooms, a gym, a car lift and two passenger lifts. Our teams installed complex mechanical and electrical systems within both houses. The result is a matched pair of stunning villas.
